MINI takes on Porsche in Battle of the Brands
No, your eyes are not playing tricks on you….And, yes, this really did happen! Started by a Push Porsche petition on MINI’s Facebook page, the Cooper S and the 911 Carrera S raced at Road Atlanta. This venue is located in Braselton, Georgia and is the site of many motorcycle and amateur sports car races. It is a 2.5 mile course that has some exciting curves throughout its path!
At first, Porsche was not going along with this request and their North American President issued a statement as such. MINI, which makes great vehicles such as the used Clubman Chicago, was not giving up! They made a mock Rocky IV video which proved quite effective.
